All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material costs, or project changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. We will notify you of any price changes before starting work.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Scheduling and Delays
We will work with you to schedule your project at a time that works for both parties. However, weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if any delays occur. We are not liable for damages resulting from reasonable delays beyond our control.
Warranties
Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for a period specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will assist you with any warranty claims, but we are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our control.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property during the installation process. This includes securing pets, removing obstacles, and ensuring our crew can work safely. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems before we begin work.
Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or damage to unmarked utilities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project by providing written notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees and material costs. Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
